Keeppower has recently launched a new 18650 4000mAh Type C rechargeable lithium battery product P1840TC. This is a new product we have introduced after the Keeppower classic Protected 18650 4000mAh battery, these 2 products marking a new peak in the capacity of mass-produced 18650 batteries.
Our 18650 4000mAh batteries all use Chinese-made cells that can achieve a measured capacity of 3900mAh (Test data: 2A charge/discharge: 3965.5mAh, 3A charge/discharge: 3948mAh, Test Date: January 16, 2024), and are equipped with a round lithium-ion battery protection board, providing customers with high capacity while also offering protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and short circuits. The Type C version, compared to the traditional version, can be charged via a professional lithium-ion battery charger as well as with a Type C cable, which helps to enhance the battery’s cycle life.
It is important to note that charging via the Type C port may cause the battery’s positive electrode to heat up due to high current in a short period of time. Please be cautious when using this feature and keep children away from it.
