KeepPower’s L4 charger can show parameters and charging curves on the computer by USB HID mode. Kuitenkin, it needs specific USB cable as shown below and software to implement this function.
For the consideration of cost, the standard L4 charger packing set we sell now is not equipped with USB cable. If you want to buy it, please contact us or our local dealers directly.
In addition, we provide the corresponding software for you to download (You can get the file on our website “News & Download—L4 Charger Software”). After installing it successfully, please connect the L4 charger and computer with USB cable, then the computer can display the battery charging status and data instantly.
I cannot run Keeppower L4 Charger Software under Windows 11. Why?
